Persons or companies wishing to use, possess, manufacture, sell, distribute, supply or otherwise deal with body armour must obtain an Authority to Possess Body Armour. Body armour means a protective jacket, vest or other article of apparel designed to resist the penetration of a projectile discharged from a firearm.
