Approval to Use Abt Railway for Business - Tasmania

Service summary

You will require the approval of the Abt Railway Ministerial Corporation if you intend to conduct the following activities:

  • Manufacture, produce, display or sell any goods that depict a locomotive or other part of the Abt Railway; or
  • Use the name of the Abt Railway for commercial purposes.

Subject to approval, you may only use the following names:

  • Abt Railway;
  • Abt Wilderness Railway; or
  • Abt Heritage Railway.
