Approval to Use Abt Railway for Business - TAS - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need the approval of the Abt Railway Ministerial Corporation if you intend to conduct the following activities:

manufacture, produce, display or sell any goods that depict a locomotive or other part of the Abt Railway
use the name of the Abt Railway for commercial purposes.

Subject to approval, you may only use the following names:

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
