Service summary

You will require this licence if you intend to:

  • operate a business that sells market milk
  • transport packaged market milk before its sale to consumers.

Market milk includes:

  • milk for sale for human consumption
  • modified milk, skim milk and flavoured milk for sale for human consumption as a liquid
  • cream for sale for human consumption as a liquid.
