Dairy Processor Licence - Tasmania

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to process market milk. Dairy processors are businesses that process market milk and cream into packaged cartons and bottles for sale. Market milk includes:

  • milk for sale for human consumption
  • modified milk, skim milk and flavoured milk for sale for human consumption as a liquid
  • cream for sale for human consumption as a liquid.
