You will require this permit if you intend to:

  • erect a cairn or memorial
  • make or mark out any track or route
  • paint (including graffiti)
  • place, erect, construct or display an advertisement, sign, banner or billboard
  • place any other sign in a reserve, park, car park, road or public place.

An application for permit is to be in writing and accompanied by:

  • a statement specifying the type of activity proposed
  • a statement detailing the required period of the permit
  • a scaled drawing showing location and extent of the activity
  • any other information the General Manager may reasonably require
  • payment of any applicable fee.
