You will require this permit if you intend to sell tickets in Tasmania for lotteries or games that are being run from a location outside of Tasmania.

To be eligible for this permit you must:
- Specify the type of game or lottery for which tickets are intended to be sold in Tasmania;
- Be licensed to conduct the game or lottery in the location you are operating from;
- Be willing to have the Agency conduct investigations regarding your application;
- Provide all the required documentation;
- Correctly complete and submit an application; and
- Pay the required fees.
