Foreign Games Permit - Tasmania

Service summary

You will require this permit if you intend to sell tickets in Tasmania for lotteries or games that are being run from a location outside of Tasmania.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this permit you must:

  • specify the type of game or lottery for which tickets are intended to be sold in Tasmania
  • be licensed to conduct the game or lottery in the location you are operating from
  • be willing to have the Agency conduct investigations regarding your application
  • provide all the required documentation
  • correctly complete and submit an application
  • pay the required fees.

As specified on the permit, but not for a period exceeding 5 years.
