The Director of Public Health is taken to have decided to refuse to grant an application under Division 1, 2 or 3 of this Part if he or she has failed to dermine the application - (a) within 90 days after its receipt. However, administrative processes mean applications are usually determined within 2-4 week period. Some applications are complex and require follow up and further information.
