You will need this registration if you operate a racing club and you intend to conduct race meetings at a licensed racecourse. This includes race meetings for thoroughbreds, harness racing and greyhounds.

  • be incorporated
  • meet minimum member and annual membership requirements
  • within 12 months of lodging its application for registration be likely to be the owner or lessee of a racecourse complying with prescribed conditions
  • be in a sound financial position.
