You may be required to comply with this code if you operate a business that is involved in the import or manufacture of hazardous chemicals. This code provides guidelines for the preparation of Safety Data Sheets, documents which provide information on the properties of hazardous chemicals, the ways in which they affect health and safety in the workplace, and the ways in which their health and safety risks may be managed.
