You will need to comply with this code if you intend to supervise a person who needs to be supervised when undertaking prescribed work. Prescribed work includes, but is not limited to, electrical work, gas-fitting work and plumbing work. People that need supervision include apprentices or persons undergoing an approved course of training without a contract of training.
