You require this permit if you intend to undertake any of the following activities in any kind of reserve, park, natural area, marine facility or public place:

  • Place, erect, set up or construct any building, tent or other structure;
  • Erect a fence, barrier or obstruction;
  • Damage council property;
  • Dump or store any material or substance; or
  • Garden, landscape or undertake any other works.
