Well Driller's Licence - Tasmania

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to personally undertake well works within Tasmania. This can include excavation undertaken to give access to groundwater, any other works undertaken to repair or modify the structure of a well or any works undertaken to plug, backfill, seal or decommission a well.

There are various classes (such as single non-flowing aquifer systems, multiple on-flowing aquifer systems, and flowing aquifer systems) and endorsements available (such as non-drilling rig, cable tool, auger, rotary air, and rotary mud).
