Permit to Light a Fire - Pyrenees Shire Council - Victoria

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to light, allow to be lit or remain alight, a fire in the open air. Permits will not be issued for high fire danger periods and incinerators are prohibited.

People such as farmers, land-clearers and pine plantations owners may require this permit.

You will be exempt from this permit if you want to light a fire for the purposes of cooking, warmth, welding and gas-cutting provided you comply with any set conditions.
