You will require this permit if you are the owner or occupier of any land and intend to construct a mast, antennae (including satellite dish), free standing wall, landscaping structure, temporary shelter or the like. This permit is also required if you intend to erect, place, establish or occupy a temporary dwelling on the land for the purpose of habitation.
