Fish Receiver Licence - Victoria

You will require this licence if you intend to receive fish of any species to possess, store, process, sell or any other specified purpose. A fish receivers' licence may be held by individuals and corporations.

There are specific fish receiver licence for abalone and scallops. In order to possess, store, process or sell these species, a licence must be applied for from the Agency. The licence, or a copy of the licence, must be held on premises at all times.
