National Construction Code (NCC) - Victoria

This Code contains technical provisions for the design and construction of buildings and other structures, covering such matters as structure, fire resistance, access and egress, services and equipment, and certain aspects of health and amenity.

The operation of parts of the Code is varied by Victorian building regulations. You should ensure that you read the Code together with the Victorian building regulations.
