Service summary

You will require this permit if you intend to construct a garden bed, plant or interfere with vegetation on a nature strip or council land. This includes planting flowers shrubs or trees. You will also require this permit if you intend to plough or cultivate council land.

Separate requirements will apply to the destruction or removal of trees.
