Approval to Supply, Compound or Dispense Medicines in Special Circumstances - Victoria

Service summary

You will require this approval if you are a registered pharmacist and you intend to supply or dispense medications outside a registered pharmacy premises. Ordinarily prescription medications can only be provided at the registered premises of a pharmacy business or pharmacy department within a hospital or other health organisation.

This approval allows the holder to dispense prescription medications from another place or places, specified in the approval. Approval will only be granted in special circumstances.
