You must already be registered as a greyhound owner, catcher, attendant or trainer to be eligible for this registration and complete the additional four competency units. To be eligible to apply for this registration, you must:
- be at least eighteen years old
- read through the education package (available directly from the Agency at a cost or on their website free of charge) and complete and submit the assessment forms directly to the Agency
- register as a member of Greyhound Racing Victoria (if you are not already registered).
