An Excluded Tenant is someone who is the Respondent to an Intervention Order either Interim or Final excluding him or her from the rented premises and is a tenant of the rented premises.
You can make an application to VCAT using this form if you are the Excluded tenant, which excludes you from the rented premises under the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 and are a tenant of the rented premises, which is under a fixed term agreement.
