Description

You will need to comply with this code of practice to construct a telecommunications facility.

This code sets out circumstances and requirements under which land may be developed for a telecommunications facility without the need for a planning permit, and also the required steps when a permit is required.

Telecommunications facilities include:

  • any part of the infrastructure of a telecommunications network
  • any line, equipment, apparatus, tower, mast, antenna, tunnel, duct, or hole.
