Description

You will need this approval to conduct a betting competition on a horse, harness or greyhound race, or any other competition.

The agency may approve betting on particular events or classes of event in the government gazette. There are events or classes of events which have been approved by the agency for betting purposes:

  • sports betting events
  • totalisator betting
  • other betting events such as elections.
