You will require this permit if you intend to undertake footpath trading and display or offer goods, vehicles or merchandise for sale on a carriageway, footpath, road or other public place.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this permit you must hold a current public liability insurance policy with minimum coverage of $10 million. Please view the application form for further information.

Duration

Up to twelve months.

Expiry

Permits expire on 31 December each year.
