You will require this permit if you intend to undertake footpath trading and display or offer goods, vehicles or merchandise for sale on a carriageway, footpath, road or other public place.

Please consult the Council for any conditions on this permit. Public liability insurance cover for no less than $10 million is required for the duration of the permit with the Council named as an interested party on the policy. Prepare a proposed site plan and details of what will be displayed.
