You will require this permit if you are intending to carry out certain building activities outside of normal business hours, which are typically 7:00am - 6:00pm weekdays. Please consult the responsible council for more information regarding normal work hours on weekends.
Types of activities may include, but are not limited to:
- conducting works
- activities, events or practices connected with construction
- demolition or removal of a building or temporary structure (such as fences, outbuildings, masts, poles, etc).
