You will be required to comply with this standard if you intend to manufacture or operate school buses, LPG-powered vehicles or class O vehicles. A class O vehicle is any light vehicle or light combination with a dimension that exceeds a dimension limit.

This standard specifies the performance requirements for retroreflective sheeting used in the manufacture of traffic control devices.
