You will require this approval if you intend to act as an Electronic Lodgement Network Operator (ELNO) to conduct conveyancing activities electronically.

The Australian Registrars National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC) is responsible for maintaining a registrar of all conveyancers that conduct their work electronically. You must ensure to follow their code of practice throughout your work to maintain a safe practice of conveyancing in Australia.
