To be eligible for this licence you must:
- operate an aerial spraying business that meets the requirements of the current legislation, or Operation Spray Safe, or be assessed by the agency as operating to a similar standard
- provide information on any previous convictions under any of the Acts specified on the application form
- make an application on the approved form along with accompanying documentation
- pay any required fees.
