Victorian Screen Industry Code of Conduct - Victoria

Service summary

Compliance with this code of conduct may be required by film production companies that intend to film on location. Whether that location is public property or private property, there are obligations placed on them in terms of their conduct.

This code is not mandatory but it does refer to several mandatory obligations. Authorities or organisations may insist on compliance with this code. In this way, the code of conduct may become mandatory.
