Permit to Use a Recreational Vehicle for Recreational Purposes On or Above Land - Cardinia Shire Council - VIC - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to use or allow the use of any recreational vehicle on or above council or private land.

Recreational vehicles include:

mini-bikes
motor bikes
trail bikes
motor scooters
go-carts
motorised toy vehicles
any other vehicles propelled by a motor which are ordinarily used for recreation purposes.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

Please consult the responsible council for more information regarding eligibility requirements.

As specified on the permit.

Recreational vehicle permits will expire in the 30th June each year.
