To be eligible for this registration you must:
- Choose the local council where your business is located and make an application in the approved form;
- Include with your application all the required documentation and information for valid assessment, including a plan of the premises, drawn to a scale of not less than 1:100, and showing the proposed use of each room; and
- Pay the prescribed fee.
You may be eligible for dual registration if your business covers two or more registrations on the a premises. Examples for dual registration are Hotels with accommodation, Motels with food preparations, etc.
Planning approval to conduct the business may also be necessary in some circumstances.
