EastLink Project Licence - Victoria

Service summary

You will require a licence if you intend to enter and use Reserved Project land or public land in the Extended Project area for the purposes of construction of the Eastlink Project. You will also require a licence if you enter and use former Project land or public land in the Extended Project area for any of the other purposes of the Eastlink Project.

Eastlink Project land and the Extended Project area means land lodged for that purpose with Authority.
