Eligibility requirements

To apply for this permit, you need to submit:

  • An application form;
  • Proof of indemnity insurance to the value of $10 million;
  • A site plan showing the proposed layout;
  • Details of structures, signs or furniture including colour and materials;
  • Details of any advertising; and
  • The application fee.

Ongoing requirements

You will need to comply with the relevant codes of practice.
