Description

You will require this permit if you intend to interfere with a watercourse or any related infrastructure. Interference can mean conducting works, alterations, damage or destruction of a watercourse or infrastructure. A watercourse means (but is not limited to) any:

  • river
  • lake
  • stream
  • pond.

Related infrastructure means (but is not limited to) any:

  • ditch
  • tunnel
  • bridge
  • creek
  • levee
  • culvert
  • fence.
