Service summary

You may require this approval if you hold a licence authorising you to handle or store dangerous goods on your property, vehicle or ship (a dangerous goods facility).

You have an obligation to notify the Agency if a fire, explosion, spillage, leakage or escape involving dangerous goods under your control has occurred. If such an incident has occurred, you must not commence reconstruction work or repairs to your premises, vehicle or ship until the Authority has given its consent.

Accidents involving certain types of dangerous goods may be exempt.
