You will require this licence if you are an aircraft owner operating commercial passenger services via aircraft (including carrying goods or passengers in trade or business) within Western Australia. You will not require this licence if you intend to transport only:
- A medical practitioner in the course of his duties; or
- A sick or injured person to or from medical aid, in an emergency.
Your licence will specify the routes on which you can travel, and the area in which you can operate.
