Marine Order Part 43 - Cargo and Cargo Handling - Livestock - Western Australia

Service summary

You will be required to comply with this Order if you intend to procure or possess poisons on a ship that carries livestock.

This Standard allows the master of a ship that is to carry livestock is authorised to procure and be in possession of poisons specified in Schedule 4 of the Regulations. This Order prescribes conditions for the stowage and carriage of livestock by ship and also provides for the survey, inspection, and certification of ships in relation to the carriage of livestock.
