Description

You will need this licence if you intend to wholesale or retail tobacco products in the Indian Ocean Territories (Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands). This only applies if those tobacco products have not been purchased from a licensed tobacco wholesaler in the Indian Ocean Territories.

You may also need a tobacco sellers licence.
