Gaming Operator Certificate - Western Australia

Service summary

You will require this certificate if you intend to conduct gaming or operate or handle gaming equipment in Western Australia. This certificate will allow you to undertake the following activities:

  • operating or handling any gaming equipment or instruments of gaming
  • calling the card in bingo
  • issuing, receiving or recording cash, cheques or tokens used in gaming
  • providing any other services related to the conduct of permitted gaming.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this certificate you must:

  • provide details of previous experience and knowledge of the approved games and procedures
  • provide any other information required by the Agency
  • be of good character and considered a fit and proper person
  • submit the required forms
  • pay the required fees.
