You will require this certificate if you intend to conduct gaming or operate or handle gaming equipment in Western Australia. This certificate will allow you to undertake the following activities:
- operating or handling any gaming equipment or instruments of gaming
- calling the card in bingo
- issuing, receiving or recording cash, cheques or tokens used in gaming
- providing any other services related to the conduct of permitted gaming.

- provide details of previous experience and knowledge of the approved games and procedures
- provide any other information required by the Agency
- be of good character and considered a fit and proper person
