You will require this licence if you intend to organise or conduct a street market. A street market is any gathering of traders or stallholders on a street, road or public place.

To be eligible for this licence, you must:

  • Submit the application fee;
  • Copy of a planning approval;
  • Plans to scale map;
  • Any other information required by the Council;
  • A management plan for the street market; and
  • The nature of any street entertainment.
