You will require this approval if you intend to establish a hairdressing premises. Hairdressing premises are those in which hairdressing operations are conducted including:

  • Shaving;
  • Cutting;
  • Trimming;
  • Waving;
  • Curling;
  • Staining; or
  • Dyeing the hair of any person for gain or reward.
