Description

You will need to comply with this code if you intend to undertake activities relating to the manufacture, reaction, packaging, repackaging, storage, handling, transportation, use or disposal of vinyl chloride or polyvinyl chloride (PVC), but not the handling or use of fabricated products made of PVC.

This code provides practical guidance in the identification of health hazards, evaluation of risks and control of exposure associated with the manufacture of vinyl chloride and its subsequent polymerisation to PVC.
