Australian Standard AS 3002:2008 Electrical Installations - Shows and Carnivals - Western Australia

Service summary

You will be required to comply with this standard if you use a supply of electricity at low-voltage by wiring distribution for accommodation, entertainment or display purposes during events shorter than four weeks. Electricity may be supplied within tents, living quarters, or other structures. Events under this standard include exhibitions, shows, carnivals, and scouting jamborees. Compliance with this standard ensures that  events that involve electricity are conducted safety.

This Standard does not apply to permanent wiring within transportable structures and vehicles, or low-voltage electrical installations used in shows, carnivals and other similar events. This Standard does also not apply to amusement rides and devices.
