A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
You must submit with your application information about your company / business including:
- Company history;
- Company size and details;
- Current client list;
- Professional associations; and
- Location of facilities.
You must also submit a completed Declaration of Authorisation and Training.
