Service summary

You will be required to comply with this Code if you intend to operate a retirement village.

This Code regulates the retirement village industry. It safeguards the rights of both the residents and the owners of retirement villages, and provides clear guidelines for the industry. This Code will remain in force until 31 March 2018.
