AS 1674 Safety in Welding and Allied Processes - Western Australia

Description

You will need to comply with this standard if you are an employer, main contractor or a self-employed person at a workplace where welding or allied is done. Welding means the joining of material by means of heat or pressure. Allied processes include cutting, grinding and gouging associated with welding.

The standard provides guidelines for different types of welding and allied processes, and comprises:

  • AS 1674.2-2007 Safety in welding and allied processes - Electrical.
