Stallholder's Licence - Western Australia

Service summary

You will require this licence to set up and conduct a stall, whether in a public place or on private land. A stall can be a movable or temporarily fixed structure, a stand or a table, in, on or from which goods, wares, merchandise or services are sold, hired or offered for sale or hire.

Public places include any properties owned by the Council, as well as any place that the public have a right of access. This includes streets, thoroughfares, and parks.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this licence, you must specify the:

  • Location of the stall;
  • Number of assistants;
  • Time period that the stall will be open for;
  • Type of goods for sale; and
  • Name and address of licence holder and all assistants.
