You will need this registration to race a thoroughbred horse, harness horse or greyhound that you have leased. A lease for the purposes of this registration is any agreement where the owner of an animal allows any other person to race the animal.
A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
