Fuel Pipeline Licence - Western Australia

Service summary

You will require this licence if you intend to dispense fuel over a jetty.

A jetty is defined as including a wharf, pier, grid, slip, landing place, stage, platform or similar structure, whether fixed or floating, erected or placed, wholly or in part, in, on or over any waters and any ramp that is or may be used for the purpose of launching or landing a vessel.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a fuel pipeline licence, you are required to do the following:

  • Provide a copy of your fuel pipeline pressure test certificate;
  • Provide a copy of your certificate of title;
  • Submit any required forms; and
  • Pay any required fees.

For a licence to be issued in a company name, the following must also be provided:

  • A copy of the company's certificate of incorporation;
  • The names and addresses of the company directors; and
  • The company's ACN or ABN.
