Gas Marketing Code of Conduct 2015 - Western Australia

Service summary

You will be required to comply with this code if you hold a gas trading licence or you are involved in gas marketing (on behalf of either a supplier or customer). This code sets out standards of behaviour for when you are engaged in the following activities on behalf of either a gas supplier or customer:

  • Negotiations or dealings in respect of a contract for the supply of gas; or
  • Advertising, promotion, market research or public relations in relation to the supply of gas.
