This code was made with the object of protecting customers from undesirable marketing conduct and defining standards of conduct in the marketing of gas to customers. This code covers:
- obligations particular to retailers
- contracts and information to be provided to customers
- marketing conduct
- compliance
- presumption of authority
- gas marketing agent complaints
- records to be kept.
